During the summer of 2014 I took a road trip with my dad from Wisconsin to San Francisco, up to Portland, and back to the Midwest. Before this trip I purchased my first DSLR camera (a Canon EOS Rebel t3i). Three weeks on the road was the perfect way to get to know my new camera, as well as make great memories with my dad.
